Michael Moore has served as General Manager and CEO of East Valley Water District since September 2022, bringing more than 30 years of experience in the water industry.

Prior to joining the District, Mr. Moore spent eight years with the City of Anaheim Water & Power as Assistant General Manager. At East Valley Water District, he leads a team of 79 employees delivering water and wastewater services with a strong focus on sustainability, efficiency, innovation, and collaboration.

With extensive experience building high-performing, award-winning teams across both the public and private sectors, Mr. Moore continues to advance the District’s commitment to excellence for the community.
