East Valley Water District (District) is dedicated to transparency in operations and fostering a well-informed community. As part of this commitment, every year the District prepares a Popular Annual Financial Report (PAFR) to share financial information in a reader-friendly and easy-to-understand format.

This commitment was recently recognized by the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA) with the Outstanding Achievement Award in financial reporting for the PAFR covering the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024.
The PAFR summarizes financial information appearing in the 2024 Annual Report and highlights major initiatives such as the District’s Five-Year Capital Improvement Program. To receive the honorable recognition, the report was judged on its clarity, ability to communicate important information effectively, and overall understandability.
Receiving the distinguished award is an honor for the District and recognition of the agency’s focus on public service, transparency, and stewardship of resources.
