East Valley Water District (District) continues to invest in reliable water service and infrastructure that supports residents today and for decades to come.
District in-house field crews initiated a multi-phased water main replacement project on Dundee Avenue, south of Lynwood Drive, to replace aging, undersized pipe. Once work on Dundee Avenue is complete, crews will move to Villa Court, where a similar replacement project will take place.

Additional project enhancements include the installation of new fire hydrants to support system maintenance and provide improved access to water for the fire department during emergencies.
By replacing aging pipeline, the need for maintenance and leak repairs on both streets will be significantly reduced. Once completed, more than 600 feet of water main will be upgraded, providing reliable service to the community for the next 50 years.

Work on both streets is anticipated to be completed by late March 2026, weather permitting and following final pavement repairs. Additional water main replacement projects will continue throughout the year as part of the District’s ongoing commitment to maintaining system reliability.
