Phillip R. "Phil" Goodrich was appointed to the East Valley Water District Governing Board of Directors in February 2018. Prior to becoming a member of the EVWD Board of Directors, with a strong interest in the preservation of natural resources and conservation, Director Goodrich joined the District's Conservation Commission. As a Commissioner, Phillip provided direction and participated in the District's efforts to reach statewide conservation mandates.
After the Drought State of Emergency was lifted, Phillip continued to serve his community by joining the District's Community Advisory Commission. He provided valuable input and guidance in the decision-making process for District programs and services.
Community engagement and strong community partnerships are a priority for Vice Chairman Goodrich. For over 24 years, Phillip has served as president and chief financial officer at Qualifying Copying, Inc., a company that provides copying and printing services to Southern California Business's, Municipalities, Medical, School Districts, Colleges, and Libraries. Since 2011, Phillip has served as Council Member in the San Bernardino Sheriff's Department.
He has resided in the City of Highland for 28 years and lives with his wife Anita and three children, Brittany, Phillip Jr. and Clayton. He received an Associate's degree in Digital Electronics from DeVry University.
